Graduate of the English Departmentat the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Position held at Krosno State College – assistant. Head of Department of English in 2012–2016. Her academic interests are connected with cognitive linguistics. Currently working towards her PhD. Secretary of the International Conference on Communication Stylesin 2013, 2015 and 2017. Member of Cracow Tertium Society for the Promotion of Language Studies. Participant in international and domestic scholarly conferences.Author of articles on emotion concepts, mono- and multimodal metaphors, metonymy and metaphor interplay. Guest teacher in Spain (CEEDCVValencia, Universidad deValenciaUniversidad de Huelva, Universidad deJaen, Universidad deValladolid), Portugal, the Netherlands, and the UK. In Krosno State College, she teaches Linguistics and Practical English courses.
