On 16th March we had a close encounter with Irish music, dance, poetry and culture of this country. It was all possible due to the fact that we had a group of Irish students who, together with dr Gerard MCann, visited our college. They were from St Mary's College in Belfast. They took active part in this celebration and really enjoyed sharing their culture with us. As a surprise for them our college organized Irish dance show and workshop that was led by a dance group called Comhlan from Kraków. Among the participants of this event there were our students, lecturers as well as our Erasmus students. That was an incredible mix of cultures. It is certain that everybody could find something interesting for them and our Irish guests seemed moved by the way they could celebrate this holiday in Poland. (pictures in the gallery)
