On 9th November the first cookery course in Spanish cuisine took place at our college. The event was prepared by the students of the 3rd year of English philology, Spanish language specialization, under the guidance of our lecturer Roberto Martinez. The students had an opportunity to take part in preparing and cooking one of the most traditional Spanish dishes - tortilla. The students were enormously excited and willingly helped to prepare the meal under the watchful eye of Roberto Martinez. At the end of the cookery course, the participants could taste delicious Spanish tortillas (more pictures in the gallery).
