Among all the decisions that I made in my life, Erasmus, which I am not going regret, provided to me precious moments. Moreover, seeing analogies between different people and different cultures showed me that what people taught us is nothing but a stereotype. I owe my adventure to my unique friends from different parts of Europe. What makes Erasmus is the people you gave your shoulder. Not only my Erasmus friends but Polish people also tried to enjoy with me. On the roads, In the market, In the class, whenever we need help, there were always polish people, who tried to help us. In Turkey, there is an idiom that the day, which is counted passes fast. So be aware of Erasmus and Krosno's beauty. Krosno's weather is cold; however, the people in here are warm.

HI. My name is Cihan Meric. I’m 21 years old. I’m from Bursa/Turkey. I study in Uludag University in Bursa at English language teaching department. I’m currently an Erasmus student in Krosno/Poland studying English philology. There are 14 days left here. And i can say that i have enjoyed my time here. Because there are lots of opportunities. For example, I have travelled 5 countries. It means a lot to Turkish people especially because otherwise we need visa to visit a country that is located in Schengen zone. I have met many people from other countries such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, China and Poland of course. All teachers here have been very good and helpful to us. But you may face some problems here as well. For example, the weather may be very cold sometimes. But i think it is still worth coming here. So, I recommend you to come and enjoy the Erasmus experience in Krosno/Poland.

I am studying English Philology in here. I know my department is little bit hard but in Poland I encountered the good Polish teachers.. I wont forget them. Krosno is a small town but the people’s heart is so big. They are hospitable and good. I know I am far away from home but I feel like Krosno like a home.
